I understand that the Children's Choir will be competing this year in the Choir of the Year competition. My family and I just wanted to wish them good luck. They did such an excellant job in the 2010 competition that there is much to live up to but we are sure they will put on a great show. Good luck.

Thank you to the NFCC for your lovely music. This annual concert is always a sad event for those of us who have had a child who has received the
wonderful help from Naomi House. In our case, a granddaughter. It was so uplifting to see your happy faces. Your choice of music was appreciated so much. We know your conductor gives her time together with her 3 ladies from Harmony to Naomi concerts as we have been to one in Lymington before. Thank you again . We wish you well for your future success in all you do, either with the choir or on other fields. David and Joy Brown

I was the MC for last nights concert in Brockenhurst. I was grateful for all the information you had on the choir on you web pages. Ezxcellent. I was able to use most of the material in different ways.
The evening was a great success in everyway. for everyone who came, from children, singers, parents, grandparents, aunts uncles and others. The childrens choir and the 'new recruits' and emerging members of the junior choir were all great and enthusiastic. Harmony were excellent and added an extra flavour to the evening. Great singing all round.
Thank you for coming to Brockenhurst.. What talent and perhaps enough for a CD/DVD

What a joy and a lovely surprise to see Alison and those dear children on BBC FOUR yesterday evening! They were just superb and I was delighted with the judges appreciative comments, which must have been so gratifying to Alison for all the work she must have put in during the time of the competition. What happiness the performance gave to everyone in the audience and watching at home. Please do give my congratulations to Alison on her achievement with the choir - a real success.

To the musical director, I am watching the Choir of the Year programme on BBC four and I have just heard the John Rutter piece. My mum used to sing with the Sheffield Philarmonic Chorus and the Chorus have sang this piece on numerous occasions. Your choir has just bought a little tear to me eye. it was simply wonderful. Very angelic sounding and great diction. Well done, you need to be very proud of yourselves. Totally amazing. Kind regards, Nicola Lovejoy. x

We have just watched the Choir of the Year final and were enchanted by your performance. The children sparkled with enthusiasm and we must give a very strong commendation to the soloist who was superb. She was absolutely in tune and in control. Well done to you all. My choice at the end was between the winners and your choir.

I think you should have been awarded the Choir of the Year Prize in that you are a superb choir and absolutely outstanding considering that you were only 20 in number with an age rage from 5 to 12. Well done to your musical director for being able to enthuse and shape a choir to such a high standard.

CONGRATULATIONS to you all. What a fantastic journey we have been travelling together and fabulous memories and great experiences collected along the way. For a choir that was formed a short time ago, you have achieved so much with Alison working so hard at the helm. You should all be so proud of yourselves and what great friends we have all made too. Looking forward to continuing the journey into the future.

After listening to the final last night I just wanted to congratulate you once again on an excellent performance. I love the sweetness and simplicity of both the singing and the musical accompaniment, which personally I much prefer to the jazzy/theatrical approach. Also you have proved that young children can sing traditional religious music as well as modern songs with great beauty and enjoyment, whereas some of the other choirs seemed to dismiss the former as boring and old-fashioned. Alison really did an amazing job and I would like to wish you all the best for the future.
With thanks

I have just heard your performance in the Choir of the Year Final on Radio 3. I thought you made an awesome sound; listening to the Rutter carol was probably the musical highlight of my year.
I'm not usually moved to write randomly to complete strangers, but you really made my day, at the end of a long session working in a hospital.
The future of choral singing is assured. Congratulations.
